Road win a rarity for Wildcats

Since Weber’s first team went 6-3 on the road in league play, the Wildcats have gone 3-19 in Big 12 road games. This season K-State is 0-4 on the road in conference play, including a recent 15-point loss at West Virginia.

Men 3rd, Women 4th at New Mexico Invite

Competing in its first meet outside of the state of the state, the Kansas State track and field team had a strong outing this weekend, as the men’s side finished third with 71 points and the women fourth with 75 points at the New Mexico Team Invitational on Saturday.

Jayhawks set for Rematch with Iowa State

Kansas women's basketball returns to Allen Fieldhouse after two games away for a rematch with Iowa State on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. The Jayhawks look to even the 2016 series as the Cyclones won the first meeting, 65-49. The game will air on the Jayhawk Television Network and the Jayhawk Radio Network.

Career Development Night Opens Doors for Kansas Student-Athletes

It wasn't that long ago that Nikki Woolfolk (then Nikki Maples) was a member of the Kansas swimming and diving team, nearing the completion of her degree as a communications and marketing major, but with little idea what to do next. Soon the regimented days of practice, weights, class, study hall, more practice and training table would give way to…well, she wasn't really sure, but it was coming fast. Thankfully, Woolfolk had athletics academic advisor Laura Jacobsen, who helped her connect with a professor, who in turn helped her connect with a career.
