Kansas freshman Parker Roberts was named to the roster of the U.S. U-20 team that will play in the CONCACAF Championship Dec. 4-8 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras it was announced by U.S. Soccer Wednesday. The tournament will also act as World Cup qualifying rounds, which will determine the three CONCACAF teams that will compete in the 2016 U20 World Cup in Papua New Guinea.
Kansas women's basketball opens the SMU Thanksgiving Classic with Northern Illinois on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7:30 p.m., inside Moody Coliseum. The match-up marks the first time the two programs will meet on the hardwood. The Jayhawks' contest against Northern Illinois will be broadcast on the Jayhawk Radio Network.
