Last Second Goal Propels KU to 2OT Win Over Baylor, 1-0

BOX SCORE // Freshman Parker Roberts headed in a goal with less than 10 seconds left in the second overtime to lift the Kansas Jayhawks to a 1-0 win over the Baylor Bears Friday night inside Rock Chalk Park. Roberts' goal was the latest game-winner in program history and lifted the Jayhawks to their fifth win in their last six games.

Kober’s defense carrying Wildcats

While the Wildcats did lose down in Fort Worth, Texas, Kober’s performance could not have been much better. She registered 37 digs, which is the third-best in a match in K-State program history and the best performance in a away match since 1987.

Wesley No-Hits Tigers in Four Innings

Senior pitcher Monique Wesley dealt her best performance of the fall slate with a no-hit effort through four innings. The Jayhawks' 4-0 victory over Cowley County Community College was shortened to four innings due to thunderstorms that rolled into Rock Chalk Park. 

Cyclones sweep K-State

Kansas State was held to a sub-.100 attack percentage for the first time this season — due in part to 77 Iowa State digs — as the Wildcats were defeated in straight sets by the Cyclones Wednesday night at Hilton Coliseum.
