Baseball. K-State Falls in Extras, 5-4, to No. 23 Nebraska

The K-State baseball team fought back from an early deficit and forced the game into 10 innings against No. 23 Nebraska, but the Wildcats surrendered a two-out RBI single in extras to fall, 5-4, on Tuesday at Tointon Family Stadium.

 Kansas football completed practice number seven of the 2015 Spring season Tuesday afternoon in Memorial Stadium. The Jayhawks, who moved practice up an hour with possible inclement weather in the area, had the opportunity to work out under nearly perfect conditions as it turned out to be a sunny 85-degree afternoon in Lawrence.

Cliff Alexander to Enter 2015 NBA Draft



Kansas men's basketball coach Bill Self announced Tuesday that freshman Cliff Alexander will declare for the 2015 NBA Draft. Alexander joins fellow KU teammate Kelly Oubre, Jr., who announced he was going to enter the 2015 NBA Draft on April 1.

Brickey Claims First Big 12 Weekly Award of 2015



For the second time in her career in the Crimson and Blue, Kansas junior infielder Chaley Brickey earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors, as announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon.

W. Tennis. Wildcats Visit Oklahoma, Oklahoma State This Weekend

Kansas State women's tennis will continue its seven-match road trip this weekend in the state of Oklahoma, as the Wildcats face No. 29 Oklahoma on Friday and No. 9 Oklahoma State on Sunday. K-State's final four regular season matches will be contested against teams ranked among the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings.
