Fatality Accident Reported April 12th In Nemaha County


On April 12th at 6:49 p.m. The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle fatality accident. A 1995 Ford pickup driven by Katina J. Dockstader, 41, Seneca, KS had been traveling southbound on J Road approximately 1 ¼ miles north of Highway K-9 when she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and overturned. Injury Accident Reported Near Georgia Pacific Plant


An injury accident was reported March 31st on U.S. Highway 77 near Sunflower Road, north of the Georgia Pacific plant near Blue Rapids. Anthony Porter, 21, of Manhattan lost control, his vehicle rolled 2 1/2 times. Porter was taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Marysville, where he was treated and released.
