A retail alert has been issued by the Marysville Chamber of Commerce.  According to the alert, a man in his mid fifties has presented an item to an employee of a business asking for a refund.  The man says he or his wife purchased it earlier and didn’t want it.  He asks for his money back but has no receipt.  ...
