Washington Woman To Be Sentenced In Norton County Court

A Washington Kansas woman will be sentenced for two trafficking charges in August in Norton County District Court. Jennifer Layman was originally charged with three counts of traffic in contraband into a correctional facility in connection with an alleged April 14th incident.
