Washington County Sheriff’s Report

On 032412 on K 15 1/2 mile south of 2nd Road Yvette Peters, Linn driving a 2008 Chevrolet struck a raccoon.  Damage estimated at more than $1,000.00, no injuries were reported.    On 032612 an officer was dispatched to 200 West North, Hanover for the report of an assault.  Investigation is pending.    On 032712 an officer was dispatched to ...

Bern Teen Injured In Accident

A Bern teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident on Monday.  Samuel J. Meyer, 17, Bern was traveling southbound on Q Road .4 miles north of 184th Road when his vehicle left the roadway striking a tree, then an embankment and then rolling.  Meyer was transported to the Sabetha Hospital by ambulance.

Lincoln Man Injured In Nemaha County Accident

Neil S. Rutledge, 25, Lincoln, NE was injured in a one vehicle accident.  He was traveling eastbound on 184th Road approximately 2000 feet east of B Road when he left the road and overturned.  Rutledge was transported to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital by ambulance.

Onaga Teen Arrested After Pursuit

An Onaga teenager is facing multiple charges following a car chase on Saturday.  According to the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department, a report was received regarding a loud vehicle in Centralia.
