Fire Destroys House South Of Beatrice Tuesday

A fire Tuesday afternoon south of Beatrice destroyed a home near South Tenth and Linden Roads. Wymore, Blue Springs, and Beatrice city and rural fire departments responded three miles south of Beatrice shortly before 5 pm. No one was at home at the time. The state fire marshal was called in to investigate the fire’s origin, which remains undetermined.

Mobile Classroom To Be Moved To Barnes For Preschool Program
