Kevin Rippe was born in Marysville and moved to Smith Center at the age of 1, then graduated from Smith Center High School in 1995. He graduated from Cloud County Community College in 1997, and joined the staff of KKAN/KQMA radio in Phillipsburg a year later. Since June of 2011 Kevin has been with us here at Your Country KNDY. You can hear Kevin on daily news reports, as well as calling area high school football and basketball. Kevin lives in Marysville with his wife Melissa, and 4 children Brennen, Jacob, Bailee, and Joshua.

Area Post Offices to Stay Open with Shortened Hours

Man-hunt Continues for Rural Cortland Man

A man-hunt continues for 43 year old William Price of  rural Cortland, NE.  Police were called to the house south of Cortland Friday evening after his wife called authorities saying he had a gun.  Price’s wife escaped unharmed and authorities surrounded the house overnight.  They believe he fired 20-30 shots inside the home and they also think he left before ... Two men have been arrested in connection with a theft at the Centralia Lake that occurred sometime November 9th or 10th.
