Kevin Rippe was born in Marysville and moved to Smith Center at the age of 1, then graduated from Smith Center High School in 1995. He graduated from Cloud County Community College in 1997, and joined the staff of KKAN/KQMA radio in Phillipsburg a year later. Since June of 2011 Kevin has been with us here at Your Country KNDY. You can hear Kevin on daily news reports, as well as calling area high school football and basketball. Kevin lives in Marysville with his wife Melissa, and 4 children Brennen, Jacob, Bailee, and Joshua.

Man pulled from grain bin Wednesday back at work Thursday

The man who was rescued from a grain bin at Valley View Milling, located north of Seneca, Wednesday afternoon, was back on the job Thursday already. Man trapped in grain bin successfully removed, but with injuries

Midday Wednesday Nemaha County officials received a call for assistance at Valley View Milling for a person trapped in a grain bin.  Valley View Milling is approximately 8 miles north of Seneca.  At approximately 3:20 Wednesday afternoon, the individual was successfully removed from the bin and taken by LifeStar for medical treatment.  The name of the individual is not being ...
