Kevin Rippe was born in Marysville and moved to Smith Center at the age of 1, then graduated from Smith Center High School in 1995. He graduated from Cloud County Community College in 1997, and joined the staff of KKAN/KQMA radio in Phillipsburg a year later. Since June of 2011 Kevin has been with us here at Your Country KNDY. You can hear Kevin on daily news reports, as well as calling area high school football and basketball. Kevin lives in Marysville with his wife Melissa, and 4 children Brennen, Jacob, Bailee, and Joshua.

Three Marshall County Men arrested on several charges

On Wednesday, February 27, Washington County Sheriff’s officers and the Kansas Highway Patrol arrested three Marshall County men in Hanover. Dan Ford announced as new General Manager of Landoll Lanes

17 year old arrested in connection with thefts at Cottonwood Beach

The Gage County Sheriff’s Department arrested 17 year old Delbert Caslin of Wymore on Monday in connection with the thefts at Cottonwood Beach near Blue Springs earlier in February. Marysville City Council votes not to buy UP Depot

The Marysville City Council voted Monday night not to purchase the U.P. Depot and the property around it.  A motion was made to purchase the land around it for just over $97,000 and it was voted down 5-3.  The U.P.
