Man Killed During Pursuit

One man died in a police pursuit of a pickup on Monday.  The pursuit occurred approximately 11:35 p.m. near Pawnee City. Single Vehicle Accident Leaves Baileyville Teen Injured

On Thursday at 8:50 a.m., Gage A. Leishing, 17, Baileyville, was driving eastbound on 168th Road just east of E Road when he lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle overturned. A woman was transported to Beatrice Community Hospital Thursday afternoon after a head-on collision between two cars.
