Two people were injured Sunday morning in Nemaha County. Shortly before 7 a.m., David Becker, 76, of Seneca had slowed on U.S. Highway 36 to turn into a private drive just east of O Road. He was struck from behind by Mathew A. Douglas, 40, of St. James, Missouri. Douglas and a passenger, Collin D. Sanders, 26, also of St. James were transported to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital. An injury accident on Friday evening was reported on Highway K-63 in Nemaha County. Shortly before 10 p.m., Cathie A. Scott, 57, of Goff lost control of her vehicle just north of 104th Road, which left the highway and went into a creek striking the opposite bank. Scott was transported to the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital.
