Fatality Accident Reported Near Onaga Sunday

One man is dead and another is injured in a head-on accident Sunday near Onaga.

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office reports the accident occurred on Kansas Highway 16 one mile east of Lincoln Road. Names haven’t been released in relation to the accident, but multiple people were taken to the Onaga Hospital.

The Onaga Fire Department, Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office as well as the Kansas Highway Patrol all responded to the accident scene. The investigation is ongoing, with no further information available.
