The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has cancelled the Kansas Amber Alert for Nomei Velazquez. The KBI reports that recent information indicate that she is no longer in Kansas.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a Kansas Amber Alert for Nomei Velazquez. She is a 15 year old white female with black hair. She is 4 feet, 11 inches tall with brown eyes. Her cell phone was last pinged on I-35 Northbound near Lenexa, Kansas. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, carrying a brown purse. Her nickname is Mimi.

Possible suspect is Juan Fabian Arenas Delacruz. He is 5’11 170 lbs with some facial hair. They are possibly in a silver 2004 Volkswagon Passat with Texas plate DF7T507.
