Marysville USD 364 Announces its Superintendent Selection

The Marysville USD 364 Board of Education pleased to announce that a contract for Superintendent of the district has been offered and accepted by Lloyd W. “Bill” Mullins.

Lloyd W. “Bill” Mullins is currently High School Principal at Riverview High School in Searcy, Arkansas. Prior positions were Assistant Principal/Director of Special Projects at Waldron Middle School in Waldron, AR; American’s Choice Cluster Leader in Little Rock, AR; Professional Development Content Specialist for Western Arkansas Education Service Cooperative in Branch, AR; High School Math Teacher at Alma High School in Alma, AR; Math Specialist at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR; High School Math and Science Teacher at Alma High School in Alma, AR; and Math Teacher at Northeast Magnet High School for the Wichita, KS school district.

There were 17 applicants for the position. The board interviewed five interviewed finalists for the position. Superintendent-elect Mullins will assume the duties of superintendent beginning July 1, 2014.

McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. served as consultants in the search process and will continue working with the Marysville USD 364 Board of Education and the new superintendent in helping establish performance objectives.
