Demand Letter Forwarded To Nemaha County Attorney In Hollister Case

A demand letter seeking one million dollars in damages was forwarded to the Nemaha County Attorney from the family of Roger Hollister, a convicted killer formerly of Woodlawn, who died in state prison in March. He was serving a life sentence for the murder of Pat Kimmi, whose remains were found in a pasture across from the Hollisters rural Nemaha County home. Allegations that Roger Hollister did not receive medical attention while in prison, as well as harassment charges from Rebecca Hollister from authorities were cited, threatening a lawsuit if the claim is not satisfied within 30 days.
