Palmer Playground completed in just 2 days!!

The community of Palmer has a new playground in the park after the community raised the $30,000 needed, and it was built in just 2 days!! May 17 and 18 many volunteers put the playground equipment together, completing the project ahead of schedule. However, there was a delay in allowing kids to play on it until last week while they waited on retaining walls for the mulch ground cover. Because they were able to raise more than $30,000, they’re also going to build a new shelter house, steps, and make other upgrades to the park area, which will be completed later on this summer.
