Baileyville man to be arraigned June 27

Eugene Dale Ackerman, age 43 of Baileyville, waved his preliminary hearing Tuesday in Nemaha County District Court and was bound over on nine felony charges, which include three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, two counts of indecent solicitation of a child and one count each of lewd and lascivious behavior and criminal threat.  Arraignment has been scheduled for June 27. The alleged incidents took place in June 2010 involving two children under the age of 14. He was arrested in March of this year and remains in custody on one million dollars bond.
