Weather Service confirms a small tornado did do damage in Washington

The National Weather Service confirmed Monday that it was a small tornado with winds of around 80 mph that did damage in Washington Saturday night. The weather service agreed with Sheriff Justin Cordry who said he thought that the tornado was dipping up and down out of the cloud and never actually touched the ground. The main area the tornado did damage was around the Sale Barn and Pure Energy right along Highway 36 in Washington.
