Two people killed in 2 vehicle accident in Washington County

A two vehicle accident in Washington County on Monday afternoon, shortly after 5 pm, claims two lives. Keenan Jellison-Knock, age 18 and a Senior at Washington County High School, was westbound on Highway 36 near West Train Road, when his 2001 Buick LeSabre crossed the center line and struck the eastbound vehicle, a 2006 Honda Pilot, being driven by Ruthann Minge, age 60, of Hanover. Both Jellison-Knock and Minge were pronounced dead at the scene. Jellison-Knock’s vehicle came to rest in the middle of the roadway, while Minge’s car ended up in the south ditch.
