Some Residents of Marysville Asked To Conserve Water Thursday

On Thursday, March 28th, beginning at approximately 9:00 a.m. the Marysville Water Department will be shutting water off to install a new Fire Hydrant and Water Main Valves at 16th & Park Place.


The areas affected will be

  • Park Place from 13th to 16th.
  • N. 14th from Jayhawk Road to Park Place.
  • N. 16th from Debbie Lane to Jayhawk Road

The water WILL be off several hours. Please make arrangements to save some water for drinking purposes if needed.

Derek Nester was born and raised in Blue Rapids, and graduated from Valley Heights High School in May of 2000. He attended Cowley College in Arkansas City and Johnson County Community College in Overland Park studying Journalism & Media Communication.
