Marysville City Council has short meeting Monday Evening

Marysville City Council met in regular session Monday evening and with not much on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15.  Some of the items discussed were the replacement of a packer for the city, which was approved at a cost of $1,468 from Foley Rental in Manhattan and also the approval of a Rammer from Foley’s, if they can get a discount for buying both items from them.  Also approved, was the installation of a waterless urinal in the men’s bathroom at City Park.  The waterless urinal will save approximately 40,000 gallon of water a year.  A utility easement for Blue Valley Telecommunications was approved for USD 364 and the City Police Station.  And concern for hazardous conditions at 1301 Elm St in Marysville was brought up.
