The Walk Kansas Fitness Challenge begins Monday. It’s a 10 week health and fitness program encouraging teams of 4 or individuals to log minutes of activities. Anything from mowing the lawn, raking the leaves, simply going for
a walk or run, to exercising all count toward your minutes. The goal is to help people learn to make physical activity a habit and improve their health in the process. For more information, contact your local County Extension office.
