New City Administrator for Seneca Hired

The Seneca City Council hired a new City Administrator Wednesday night at their meeting.  Matt Rehder, who has served as the planning and zoning director for the City of El Dorado the past six years was hired.  He has a Master’s Degree from the University of Nebraska – Omaha in public administration.  Redher is schduled to start on April 8 with an annual starting salary of $60,000.  He replaces Tami Haverkamp who resigned, for the second time in less than a year, in January.
