Meetings to Discuss Baileyville B & B Schools Tuesday and Wednesday

A meeting to discuss the future of the Baileyville B&B school district is coming up Tuesday evening in Baileyville at 7 pm and also on Wednesday at 7 pm at the Nemaha Valley High School in Seneca. The USD 115 Board of Education is looking at three options, having Pre-K thru 5th grade go to school in Seneca and 6th thru 8th go to Baileyville, or close the Baileyville facility completely and have all students go to the Seneca facility, or have a transition over time closing the Baileyville junior high and then eventually the Baileyville high school.

Kevin Rippe was born in Marysville and moved to Smith Center at the age of 1, then graduated from Smith Center High School in 1995. He graduated from Cloud County Community College in 1997, and joined the staff of KKAN/KQMA radio in Phillipsburg a year later. Since June of 2011 Kevin has been with us here at Your Country KNDY.
