Washington County Candidates running for April 2 Election

Washington County has released who will be running for the upcoming City and School Election in April for their respective cities and schools.

In Barnes, running for City Council will be Arthur Hetzke, Carolyn Moore, and Nikolas Sedivy.  In Greenleaf, running for Mayor is Delmar Crawford and for City Council is John McGrath and Kevin Buhrman.  Running for City Council in Hanover will be Brian Schwarz, Matt Bruna, Marcia Riekenberg, and Shawn Minge.  In Linn, no one filed for Mayor, and running for City Council will be Mike McGatlin.  And for Washington City Council, James Dodds, Ryan Kern, Melanie Bryant, and Don Imhoff have filed.

Running for School Board for USD 108 are Randy Hubbard of Washington for Position 2, Brad Jones and Mary Dodd both of Washington and Mark Cudney of Greenleaf for Position 6.  No one filed to run for Position 4.  For USD 223, Joselyn Kearn of Linn is running for Position 1, Daryl Bott of Linn is running for Position 3, and James Zarybnicky of Hanover is running for Position 6.  No one has filed for Position 2 on USD 223.  Gary Hatesohl of Greenleaf and Marlene Stamm of Washington have filed to run for the River Valley Extension District 4 position.
