BVTC to Award Scholarships to Area Graduating Seniors

Blue Valley Tele-Communications, Home, KS, will award scholarships in the amount of $500 and $250 to graduating seniors in each of Blue Valley’s twelve telephone exchanges – Axtell, Beattie, Centralia, Home, Linn, Oketo, Onaga, Palmer, Summerfield, Vermillion, Westmoreland, and Wheaton. In addition, $250 scholarships are available for students in Marysville, Bremen, Frankfort, Blue Rapids, Waterville, Washington and Hanover. Applicants will be critiqued on their personal achievements, future plans, and financial need. All graduating seniors are encouraged to apply.

In addition, Blue Valley Tele-Communications will award scholarships in the amount of $500 to students planning to attend technical school in either Beloit or Goodland to study a telephony-based program.

Scholarship applications for the BVTC Scholarships as well as PRIMO, and FRS are available on-line at www.bluevalley.net or can be picked up at the office.
