Todd Becker Foundation to be in Belleville Monday

The Todd Becker Foundation, a touring high school assembly organization out of Kearney NE, announced today its plans to bring their “New Year – New Life” event to Belleville High School in Belleville on December 31, 2012.  The night’s event will entail a special, New Year’s Eve outreach starting at 9:00 P.M and ending just after midnight, geared toward youth but open to all ages, with a Christian message that will challenge individuals to leave behind destructive choices and begin a New Life in Christ.  The event will take place at the Belleville High School Gym.

Prior to the “New Year – New Life” event, the foundation will have presented their high school assembly to Republic County grades 9-12 on December 18th, and Pike Valley High School on December 19th, with the theme “Where is your life headed?”.

Both presentations are given in large part by Keith Becker, who received his own New Life in Christ shortly following the death of his younger brother Todd Becker, and will unfold the true story behind the destructive choices that influenced both of the brothers’ lives and sadly lead to Todd’s death as a senior in high school. Both presentations feature a unique, impacting and life-changing message that includes live music from the Christian band “Chye,” graphic videos and other stunning audio.   Since 2005, the assembly program has been in over 250 high schools across the Midwest and has reached over 50,000 students.
