Marysville Chamber Annual Banquet January 12

The Marysville Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, January 12th, beginning at 6 p.m. with Social Hour, followed by the meal at 7, at the Marysville American Legion.  The main course of the meal will be your choice of brisket and chicken breast.  A short meeting will follow the meal, followed by the entertainment.  The theme for this year’s meeting is “Pure Country.”  Guests are encouraged to wear their best country attire and there will be an award for best dressed cowboy or cowgirl.  The entertainment for the evening will be country singer Jason Demars, originally from Concordia, and now living in Abilene.  He was a member of the Great Society Singers at Cloud County Community College and has performed at the Cloud County Fair in Concordia.  He and and his wife have one child, a son.  Tickets are $15 and may be purchased at the Marysville Chamber office or from any board member and they need to be purchased by January 2nd.  For more information, call Brenda at the Chamber office at 562-3101.
