93 vehicles were inspected by the Kansas Highway Patrol and 24 vehicles were inspected by Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, & Tourism in a check lane set up in Nemaha County the first Sunday in December. No major violations were found by either organization, which was set up on Highway 36. There were 3 misdemeanor arrests made, along with 2 adult seatbelt warnings, and 1 portable breath test given. There were also 41 hunting licenses checked.
