Koester House Museum to Have Open House Sunday

The Koester House Museum will have an open house this Sunday from 1-6 p.m.  It’ll be a chance to drop by and see the decorated bird cages, join in caroling and enjoy a cup of hot cider or punch and cookies.  You’re encouraged to stop by before or after the Marshall County Community Choir performance at the First Christian Church, which begins at 3 p.m.  The museum is normally closed November thru March, so this will be a rare opportunity to see this place during the holidays.  However, tours can be arranged by calling curator John Howard at 562-3637.
