Wymore Water Project Underway

The Wymore Rural Water Project has begun with construction of the water tower, which is located about 2 miles East of Wymore.  The $4.2 million project will cover 130 miles and supply water to more than 200 people.  Once the tower is completed, which is expected to be the end of this week, workers will start laying pipe to the service area.  They will paint the tower in the spring and the entire project is expected to be complete by April or May.  The tower will be put into service in June or July, once testing is complete.
