ARRESTS:

1.       Scotty Hayes was released on 9-21-2012 on $1,250 OR bond with a court date of 10-18-2012 at 4 p.m.

2.       Timothy J. Wilson, 31, Hiawatha was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 9-24-2012 on a Nemaha County Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Wilsonremains in custody with bond set at $500.

3.       Ryan W. Massengill, 22, Hiawatha was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on 9-24-2012 on a Nemaha County Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Massengill remains in custody with bond set at $450.

4.       James A. Yewell, 52, Seneca was arrested by Seneca PD on 9-24-2012 for the offenses of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Yewell was released on 9-24-2012 on $2,500 surety bond with a court date of 10-23-2012 at 10 a.m.

5.       Anissa J. McGuire, 41, Sabetha was arrested on 9-24-2012 by the Sabetha PD for the offense of Theft.  McGuire was released on 9-24-2012 on $500 surety bond with a court date of 10-18-2012 at 4 p.m.

6.       Jason E. Oenbring, 36, Seneca was arrested by Sabetha PD on 9-24-2012 for the offense of Theft.  Oenbring was released on 9-24-2012 on $500 cash bond with a court date of 10-18-2012 at 4 p.m.

7.       Jason E. Oenbring, 36, Seneca was arrested by Sabetha PD on 9-24-2012 (later in the day) for the offenses of Possession of Methamphetamines and Paraphernalia.  Oenbring remains in custody.
