New pre-K thru 4th Grade school planned in Axtell

A committee has recommended that a new elementary school building be built in Axtell for pre-kindergarten thru 4th grade.  The USD 113 Board of Education has already planned to close the elementary school in Summerfield at the end of the current school year.  The Board will have the architectural firm Hansen and Associates work with the building committee on designs.
