New Magistrate Judge to Be Sworn in

Elizabeth ‘Libby’ Ensley Deiter will be sworn in as the new Magistrate Judge  of the 22^nd Judicial District Court during a ceremony on Friday afternoon at 3 in the Nemaha County District Courtroom in Seneca.  She was appointed by Governor Sam Brownback in August to replace her husband, Steve Deiter, who stepped down in June with two years remaining on his term.  The 22^nd Judicial District includes Brown, Doniphan, Marshall, and Nemaha Counties.  The public is invited to the swearing in ceremony Friday.
