On September 2nd on Bismark Road 1/2 mile north of 2nd Road Stanley Ericson, Clifton driving a 2006 Ford struck deer. Damage estimated at more than $1,000.00, no injuries were reported.
On September 4th the Washington Fire Department was dispatched to 1548 17th Road for a grass fire.
On September 4th an officer was dispatched to 205 South School Avenue, Mahaska for the report of Criminal Damage to Property. Investigation is pending.
