Bicycling Across Kansas

Several hundred bicyclists will travel through the area as a part of the Biking Across Kansas Bicycle Event. 

The bicyclists will begin their 475-mile journey on Friday ( June 8th) at the Colorado border and

end the trek next Friday, ( June 15th ) at the Missouri River bank in Elwood.

Centralia will serve as a rest stop for the cyclists next Thursday.
