2nd Annual Czech Festival This Saturday in Blue Rapids

The 2nd annual Czech Festival is this Saturday, April 28th, in Blue Rapids. Events begin as early as 10:00 a.m., which include Czech lessons, polka music from 11-2 during which a Czech meal will be served at the community building, current national Czech Slovak Queen, Christy Dowling, will be there to sing and address you in Czech. The historical railroad association will offer 45 minute rides across the 85 foot high trestle bridge east of Blue Rapids through Czech farmland from 11-2.
