Stolen Vehicle Recovered in Marysville

A Marysville man has been arrested in connection with the theft of vehicle from Hiawatha.

Francisco Munoz was taken into custody Monday by the Marysville Police Department.  According to Marysville Police the owners of the vehicle came to Marysville to search for the vehicle.  They found the vehicle and notified police.  Munoz was in the vehicle at the time and police were able to take him into custody.

Munoz was arrested for possession of stolen property by the Marysville Police.  He was then transported to the Brown County Jail by the Hiawatha Police Department.

Munoz is accused of stealing a GMC Yukon from a parking lot at 208 North 1st Street in Hiawatha.  The theft was reported late Sunday night.
