Shed Filled with Tires Burns Near Blue Springs

Blue Springs Fire Department responded to a fire Wednesday afternoon.  The fire destroyed a tin shed filled with tires and several cedar trees near the shed.

The fire was located near the junction of U.S. Highway 77 and Highway 112.  According to the Blue Springs Fire Chief Brad Robinson the fire may have started near an electric fence

The fire was reported under control contained by 3 p.m.
