Greenleaf Man Arrested for Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child

A Washington County Man has been Arrested for Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child.  On November 3 the Washington County Sheriff’s Department arrested Troy Fencil, Greenleaf for 3 counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, and 4 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.  Fencil is currently incarcerated on a $500,000 bond.  An investigation was started October 18th, 2011 ... Keystone Pipeline Construction Delayed

The Obama administration is expected to delay its decision on the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline. A statement was released today by the State Department stating that an “in-depth assessment of potential alternative routes” will be required before a national interest determination can be made.
