Neapco Explosion – Not an Explosion

Officials from Neapco manufacturing released a statement concerning this weeks fire and reported explosion of an air compressor.  According to Neapco the compressor was contained in a four-sided wooden structure. However, one piece of the enclosure had been removed by maintenance crews weeks earlier.  A representative from Neapco said they do not believe an explosion occurred.
