Seneca Juvenille Arrested for Discharging Firearm

17-year-old Dillian Kaster of Seneca was arrested Friday on charges of driving under the influence, transporting an open container, minor in possession, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, criminal discharge of a firearm and reckless driving.

The Nemaha County Sheriff‘s office reports an on-duty officer attempted to stop Kaster after recognizing the vehicle he was driving as one that matched the description given by a witness. The witness reported they heard a gunshot coming from the vehicle. Kaster refused to stop for the officer and after several miles drove into a ditch.

Kaster remains in custody with Juvenile Detention.
