A Wetmore man convicted of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child has been sentenced to 52 months in prison.
KMZA reports that Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says 22-year-old Levi Eisenbarth was sentenced Friday in Jackson County District Court.
Eisenbarth pleaded no contest to the charge last month as part of a plea agreement. In exchange for the plea 15 other counts were dismissed along with two counts of failing to register as a sex offender in another case.
Eisenbarth is also scheduled to appear in Nemaha County District Court on September 7th for a revocation hearing for violating probation from a 2010 conviction of indecent liberties with a child.
He was given a suspended prison sentence in the case last year and placed on 36-months supervised probation.
