The meeting was called to order by President, Marge Schlabach with the Pledge of Allegiance

and roll call conducted.

The Board held the Budget Hearing for the 2011-2012 Budget.

*To approve the 2011-2012 budget as presented.

*To approve the agenda as amended.

*To approve the July 11, 2011Regular Board Minutes.

*To approve the payment of bills and financial reports.

The board discussed district boundary lines for each voting district member and proposed

changes to comply with state statute. The board will approve changes next meeting.

Mr. Simoncic shared with the board information about the Greenleaf Infant Toddler Program.

They are looking for someone to sponsor the program in the future.

*To approve $250 Grant from Citizens State Bank for the Hanover Activities Calendar for the 2011-12

school year.

*To approve the board policy updates as presented to GAAD and JDDB.

Mike Savage reported on activities at the Linn School.

Larry Geist reported on activities at the Hanover School.

Rick Simoncic reported on maintenance at each building and bus repairs.

*To hold Executive Session for Non-Elected Personnel.

*To approve nominations as presented: Mark Oelschlager as Transportation/Maintenance/Food

Service Director, Annette Bott as Linn High School Senior Class Co-Sponsor, Melissa

Brockleman as Hanover Public School Title I/Classroom Teacher and National Honor Society

Sponsor, Kody Tegtmeier as Hanover Junior High Football Head Coach, Larry Wurtz as

Hanover Bus Driver, Doug Thompson as Linn High School Track Coach, Jennifer Thalmann as

Linn High School Assistant Track Coach, Callie Ohlde as Linn Junior High Girls Track Coach,

Stephanie Ohlde as Linn Junior High Boys Track Coach, Robert Rut as Hanover High School

Head Track Coach, Kim Lohse as Hanover High School Assistant Track Coach, Michelle

Walling as Hanover Junior High Head Boys Track Coach and Misty Baker as Hanover Junior

High Girls Track Coach. Marcy Oehmke, Marilyn Pachta, Romelia Sutton, Jenny Joonas for

Migrant Supplements for the 2011-12 school year.

*To approve separations as presented: Ron Clay as Hanover Bus Driver and Richard Turner

High School Golf Coach.
