Charges Still Not Filed in Marysville Pool Incident

Marshall County Attorney Laura Johnson – McNish say charges should be filed this week on a person involved in an incident at the Marysville Swimming Pool last Friday. The incident involved a man acting strangely which led to Marysville Police removing the man from the pool property. Police then interviewed several children and forwarded information gathered to the Marshall County Attorney. Johnson – McNish said the investigation is still on-going and she expects charges will be filed this week.

Johnson – McNish said the man has been banned from the Marysville City Pool and he will be arrested for trespassing if he returns to that area.
