Donny J. Bailey, 25, of Pickrell, Nebraska, was arrested Monday on charges of terroristic threats related to an incident that occurred on April 19th.
According to the police report At 8:25 p.m. Beatrice Police responded to a report of a male with a gun at 1318 Elk St. in Beatrice. The man had left the residence and was identified as Bailey. A witness said Bailey was on the front porch of the residence earlier that night and was yelling, “where’s my daughter? Give me my daughter.”
According to the court documents the witness said Bailey was asked to leave. The witness said Bailey stepped back and pulled out a black handgun with a red laser light attached and pointed it at the door and then left.
According to the court documents, officers were able to contact Bailey by phone that night, but he was unwilling to turn himself in. A warrant for Bailey’s arrest was issued and Bailey was taken into custody on Monday.
