CMH Welcomes New Consulting Physician

Marysville, KS – Amanda McKinney, MD, will provide

Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) specialty services at

Community Memorial Healthcare (CMH) beginning March 21,

2011.

Dr. McKinney grew up in Odell, Nebraska and attended Doane

College in Crete, NE where she received her Bachelor of

Science Degree. She earned her Medical Doctorate at the

University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha.

She completed a one-year residency in OB/GYN at UNMC and

a three-year residency in OB/GYN at the University of

California-Irvine. She also completed a one-year fellowship in

Urogynecology at the University of California-Irvine.

Upon completion Dr. McKinney moved back to Beatrice, NE.

She currently practices at the Women’s Health Center of Beatrice, affiliated with Beatrice

Community Hospital. Dr. McKinney lives with her husband and two young children in

Beatrice.

Dr. McKinney provides routine and preventive gynecological healthcare and obstetric care.

She specializes in urogynecology, providing advanced care for patients dealing with

incontinence and various forms of prolapse.
