Anhydrous Leak Repaired – Evacution Order Rescinded

Citizens in the town of Home were evacuated at approximately 3:00 p.m. due to an Anhydrous Leak. According to William Schwindamann, Marshall County Emergency Management Director, a portable anhydrous tank was being worked on when a leak developed.  The tank was located in the southeast area of town.  Blue Valley Telecommunications served as an evacuation point for those in Home who needed a temporary shelter.  Citizens were given allowed to return to their homes at approximately 4:00 p.m.  No injuries were reported.
